Key Responsibilities

- Contact Discovery: Learn to identify and collect contact details of key decision-makers using

online
- tools and search engines.
- Data Extraction: Support in extracting business intelligence data from search engines like Google

and
- directories such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Manta, and others.
- Market Research: Assist in researching market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights,
- particularly in the IT services domain.
- Daily Targets: Work toward meeting research and data collection targets with training and team
- support.
- Google Tools Usage: Use Google tools (Google Search, Sheets, Trends, etc.) for web research

and
- organizing data.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and marketing
- campaigns.
- CRM Management: Learn to work with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to update

- company data.
- Reporting: Help prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and findings.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing,

Business, IT, or
- related fields).
- MS Excel Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,

formulas).
- Internet Savvy: Comfortable with web browsing, online tools, and performing internet-based

research.
- Communication Skills: Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn structured data collection.
- Tech Curiosity: Interest in the IT services industry and emerging technology trends.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or UpLead.
- Exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data (training will be provided).
