Job Summary

Employment Type: 1-year contractual position with possibility of extension. Role Summary: We are looking for Junior QAs to support Functional UAT Testing activities across Core Banking and Transaction Banking modules.

Domain: Banking experience mandatory; Transaction Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute manual functional test cases under Team Lead guidance.
- Support UAT and regression testing across Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, VAM, Client Onboarding.
- Validate transaction flows, customer and account data, fees, limits, notifications, reports, and reconciliation outcomes.
- Execute positive, negative, exception, rejection, retry, and reversal scenarios.
- Capture accurate test evidence and maintain execution records.
- Log transparent and reproducible defects with supporting evidence.
- Retest defects after fixes and perform related regression testing.
- Report completed work, issues, blockers,



and support required to the Team Lead.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in QA, UAT, Functional Testing, or banking operations.
- Banking-domain experience is mandatory.
- Transaction Banking experience is preferred.
- Understanding of test case execution, defect life cycle, retesting, regression testing, and test evidence.
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Automation-testing exposure is an advantage.
- Good communication, documentation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
