We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist with quantity estimation, costing, billing, BOQ preparation, and project documentation from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
- Assist in cost estimation and rate analysis for civil works.
- Prepare and check work bills, material statements, and quantity calculations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quotations, comparative statements, and cost reports.
- Maintain project records, measurements, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for quantity and billing requirements.
- Track material quantities, project costs, and variations.
- Assist senior Quantity Surveyors with tendering, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Prepare regular quantity and cost reports using MS Excel and relevant software.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience: 0–3 years.
Work Location: Office-based, with occasional site visits if required.
