Position: Junior Officer

Experience: 1 To 2 Years

Location: Coimbatore ,Irugur.

Your Profile:

- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 To 2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, SCM, or Material Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of vendor coordination, purchase orders, material planning, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems with positive attention to detail.

Your Task:

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required for production and operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.




- Monitor material requirements, inventory levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor documentation, and procurement reports while supporting cost optimization initiatives.
