Role Description The Junior MIS Executive / Data Entry Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating databases, accurately entering and verifying sales, inventory, and customer information, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

The role includes preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting management with data-driven insights. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to gather required information, resolve data discrepancies, and assist in streamlining reporting processes. Routine tasks also involve organizing digital records,



generating dashboards, and supporting operational decision-making through timely and reliable data.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and creation of concise reports and dashboards.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet or reporting applications; familiarity with basic database concepts is preferred.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and coordinate with store and back-office teams on operational and reporting requirements.
- Prior experience in data entry, MIS, or operations support; experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
