Profile 1 Project Monitoring Office (PMO)
- Assist in monitoring projects across Verticals, Regions and Sub-Units.
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings, prepare MoMs and track action points.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards and monitoring tools.
- Compile and analyze project data for management reporting.

Profile 2 International Business / RITES Videsh Support
- Assist in tracking international business opportunities,

- Maintain CRM, project, client and market intelligence databases.
- Support preparation of presentations, briefs, proposals and management reports.
- Coordinate with Regional Business Heads and overseas offices.
- Assist in documentation, compliance and proposal management for international consultancy assignments.
Required Skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM/database management.
- Good analytical, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations and management briefs.
