Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

- Design creative artwork for social media posts, stories, advertisements and campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, product catalogues, banners, posters, standees and other marketing materials.
- Design product-related promotional creatives for fertilisers and agricultural products.
- Create festival, seasonal, farmer-awareness and product promotion creatives.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, colours, fonts and visual communication.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotional requirements.
- Make changes and adaptations to creatives for different digital and print formats.
- Assist with packaging, labels and other branding material whenever required.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish regular posts and stories.
- Write simple and engaging captions suitable for the brand and target audience.
- Generate creative ideas for product promotions, farmer engagement and seasonal agricultural campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages and social media engagement.
- Coordinate for photographs and videos required for social media.
- Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement, followers and post performance.




- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant ideas for the brand. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also be considered irrespective of specialization.

Experience
- Freshers to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Previous experience handling social media pages will be preferred.
- Experience with an agriculture, fertiliser or related company will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good sense of typography, layouts, colours and visual presentation.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into attractive creative communication.
- Basic copywriting/caption-writing ability.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
