Junior Graphic Designer/InternFull-Time In-Office PositionDelhiJob Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who has a robust understanding of visual design and is comfortable working with both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and be able to use AI tools to generate, enhance, and experiment with visual concepts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, advertisements, and branding.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and execute design requirements.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications for day-to-day design work.
- Use AI image-generation and creative tools to develop concepts, visual assets, backgrounds, illustrations, and creative variations.
- Write and refine effective AI prompts to achieve desired visual styles, compositions, characters, products, and concepts.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional graphic design to create polished, production-ready creatives.
- Adapt designs across different formats, sizes, platforms, and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Retouch, edit, resize,



and enhance images when required.
- Stay updated with emerging AI design tools, trends, techniques, and workflows.

Required Skills
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign/After Effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Practical knowledge of AI image-generation tools.
- Ability to write effective and detailed AI prompts and iterate based on outputs.
- Ability to combine AI-generated visuals with professional graphic design.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visual designs.
- Willingness to learn new design and AI tools quickly.

Experience0–1 year of experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent understanding of design and AI tools are also welcome. What We’re Looking For
