Role Description The JUNIOR Fashion Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting users of PInterview by providing fashion and styling guidance tailored to interview scenarios and professional settings. In this role, the consultant will review user profiles and interview goals, recommend appropriate attire and grooming standards, and create simple style guides that align with specific industries and roles.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual consultations, answering style-related questions, suggesting wardrobe options within different budgets, and collaborating with senior consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality fashion advice. The consultant will also help refine fashion-related content for the platform,



gather user feedback on styling recommendations, and contribute ideas to improve the overall interview preparation experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with an understanding of professional and interview-appropriate attire across different industries.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge related to apparel, accessories, and grooming products, including the ability to match items to diverse user needs and budgets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for virtual consultations and style documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a user-focused approach, patience, and the ability to build trust and rapport in remote settings.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and recommendation skills, including the ability to suggest suitable products or looks without pressure and with transparency.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or image consulting; familiarity with online communication tools; and the ability to work independently and manage multiple consultations.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Styling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated aptitude and portfolio of styling work are highly valued.
