Maditrones is a creative digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through digital marketing, social media, and engaging visual content. We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Junior Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative and production teams to edit engaging video content for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Select and organize footage according to the creative brief.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, text, graphics, and subtitles.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing and suitable for different social media formats.
- Work with the videography and creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files and project assets.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and social media content styles.
- Assist the team with basic motion graphics and visual effects when required.

Requirements

- Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
- Proficiency in any editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Positive understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Freshers with strong editing skills and a good portfolio/showreel are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics.
- Experience editing Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Understanding of different aspect ratios and export settings for social media.
- A good sense of music selection, timing, and visual storytelling.
