? ABOUT THE ROLE An established dental clinic in Anna Nagar, Chennai, is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Associate Dentist / Junior Dental Surgeon to join its clinical team.

This is a good opportunity for freshers and junior dentists to develop their clinical skills through hands-on patient exposure in a professional dental-care environment. The role provides exposure to general and comprehensive dental care, Prosthodontics, Orofacial Pain, TMJ management, and family dental care while working alongside experienced dental professionals.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct patient consultations and preliminary assessments.
- Perform general dentistry procedures within the scope of qualification and experience.
- Assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Explain treatment procedures clearly and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Assist senior dental professionals with specialized procedures when required.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic,



and patient-friendly approach.

?‍⚕️ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- BDS degree from a recognized institution with valid State Dental Council registration.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Probationary candidates may also apply, provided they have successfully cleared all examinations completed so far.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-handling skills and a compassionate approach.
- Dedicated and responsible towards work.
- Strong willingness and curiosity to learn and develop clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
