The Associate, Accounts & Finance will support day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accounting records, assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, tracking expenses and revenues, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data, respond to information requests, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Finance, with the ability to understand and apply core financial principles.




- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation and basic analysis.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to present financial information clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
