Role & responsibilities:

Architectural Design

- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Modify drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural revisions and maintain drawing records.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP teams, and vendors.
- Support execution teams by resolving architectural queries.
- Attend client meetings and project review meetings whenever required.

Site Execution

- Conduct site visits for measurement, verification, and inspections.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in snag preparation and project handover.

BOQ & Estimation

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material estimation.
- Verify quantities before procurement.

Documentation





- Maintain drawing registers and revision logs.
- Prepare meeting minutes and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation of project records.

Material Coordination

- Review material specifications.
- Assist in selection and approval of finishes.
- Coordinate with procurement for architectural materials.

Quality Control

- Ensure architectural quality standards are maintained.
- Verify workmanship during execution.
- Support quality inspections and project audits.
