Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Architect role based in New Delhi.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of architectural concepts for hospitality, banquet, residential, and experiential projects, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities include assisting in space planning, detailing, and material selection, coordinating with senior architects and consultants, and contributing to design documentation across project stages. The role involves updating and maintaining project files, supporting site visits and design reviews,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into execution.

The Junior

Architect will also help integrate feedback from stakeholders, adhere to project timelines, and follow relevant codes, standards, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
- Basic understanding of Project Management, including time management, task coordination, and documentation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; eligibility for or pursuit of professional licensure is a plus.
- Strong visual, spatial, and technical communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret design briefs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple assignments.
- Interest in luxury hospitality and experiential design, and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
