Junior Architects - India NCR (2–3 years’ exp)

We are seeking creative and motivated architects with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and presentation skills, combined with exposure to high‑rise developments. You will work in‑house with our team in Delhi and collaborate remotely with design teams across our global offices. The ideal candidate will be self‑driven, eager to learn, and open to working within a collaborative studio environment.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognised international or national institution.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in architecture and master planning, with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience across all stages of design and construction administration, including tall buildings in the Indian context
- Strong design skills from concept inception through GFCs and beyond.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good presentation and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with computational design workflows; working knowledge of Grasshopper is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of Delhi NCR bylaws, NBC codes, and fire regulations, with ability to apply them effectively in design.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.




- Solid communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with commitment to timelines and deadlines

Responsibilities

- Work with and report daily to the Senior Associate
- Assist in preparing comprehensive drawing sets from concept through construction documents
- Assist in generating detailed 3D models to develop all parts of the changing design process
- Prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- Communication, coordination and management of consultants, contractors, and clients to meet overall project objectives
- Deliverables produced in accordance with UHA’s standards and based on direction from the Project Lead

Experience and qualifications

- Completion of accredited Bachelor's in Architecture
- 2–3 years of post-graduate, professional experience as a Junior Architect
- Experience on built and ongoing projects would be a plus

HoursFull-time: 40 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday
