Nirvaaha is a Chennai-based consulting firm working across deal advisory, valuations, due diligence and fractional CFO services for startups, growth companies and MNCs. We're looking for an Analyst to join our deal advisory team.

What you'll actually do:

→ Build financial models, projections and cap tables from scratch

→ Support valuations — DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions

→ Prepare pitch decks, teasers and information memorandums

→ Run sector research, comparable company analysis and investor mapping

→ Help manage data rooms and due diligence checklists

→ Sit in on client and investor calls from your first month

What we're looking for:

→ CA / CA Inter / CFA candidate,



0–1 years of experience

→ Solid Excel and PowerPoint — modelling ability matters more than your résumé

→ Solid grasp of financial statements and accounting fundamentals

→ Curiosity, attention to detail and the willingness to own your work

→ Freshers with genuine internship experience in finance are welcome
