We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, and have a basic understanding of hotel accounting processes. This role involves handling day-to-day transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally ERP
- Prepare and update cash books, bank books, and ledger entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
- Maintain and update guest ledger and monitor outstanding balances
- Assist in monthly closing activities and GST/TDS filings
- Generate reports using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Support audits by providing required documentation and records
- Coordinate with departments for expense reports and petty cash handling




- Ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards and internal controls

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required during audits or month-end

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hotel accounting systems or ERP integrations
- Knowledge of MS Office tools like Word and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
