Role Overview

SourceFuse is looking for a smart, confident and proactive Account Management Associate / Junior Account Manager to join our Account Management team in Mohali. The person will work alongside senior Account Managers to help manage customer relationships, stay on top of ongoing engagements, understand customer sentiment and identify potential risks and growth opportunities. Over time, the individual will be expected to develop into independently managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Stay informed about ongoing projects, sprint progress, milestones, risks, escalations and customer concerns.

- Review relevant customer communications and identify actions, concerns and positive or negative customer sentiment.

- Participate in customer and internal stakeholder meetings and ensure important actions are followed through.

- Stay updated on customer company announcements, organizational changes and key stakeholder movements that may create opportunities or risks.

- Maintain account information including stakeholder maps, account status, actions, renewals, risks and opportunities.

- Work closely with Delivery, Sales and other internal teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed.

- Support preparation of customer presentations, proposals, account reviews and other communication.

- Assist senior Account Managers in identifying and developing opportunities to grow existing accounts.





- Gradually develop the confidence and knowledge required to independently handle customer conversations and accounts.

- Proactive, organized and able to follow through on commitments.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and keep track of several moving pieces.

- Comfortable using AI and other productivity tools for research, analysis and preparation of customer-facing material.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline; a B. Tech or Computer Science degree is not mandatory.

- Fresh graduates with solid communication skills, aptitude, confidence and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Project Coordination or other customer-facing roles are also welcome.

- Prior exposure to the IT/software industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
