Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and complete data in ATS and VMS for all candidate and requisition activities.

- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements and department manager specifications.

- Maintain structured communication with candidates from first contact through offer release.

- Coordinate salary expectations, negotiations, benefits, and interview schedules.

- Conduct reference checks to validate authenticity of candidate experience.

- Develop basic understanding of Life-Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Medical, and Engineering (LifeSciences focused) domains to improve screening quality.

- Conduct structured employee care check-ins (Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, quarterly) and escalate issues as per process.





- Initiate redeployment by monitoring assignment end dates and preparing candidates for upcoming roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- B Pharma/B.Sc. Biotechnology/BSC Microbiology/BSC Biology and other medical or life sciences degrees preferred.

- Positive, flexible, and assertive work approach.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong will to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Professional, resilient, and adaptable with ability to handle setbacks.

- Goal-oriented and ambitious.

- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Quick learner of complex tools and technologies.

- Willingness to work in night shifts.
