Essential Qualification

JRF: M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10 point scale) + GATE/NET examination qualification.

OR

B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CPI (on a 10 point scale)



+ GATE/NET examination qualification.

PDF: PhD in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10 point scale) + GATE/NET or equivalent examination qualification + 1 SCI Journal.

Fellowship

(as applicable under the sanctioned project and funding-agency norms)

JRF: Rs. 37,000 per month + 20% HRA

SRF: Rs. 42,000 per month + 20% HRA

PDF: Rs. 77,000 per month + 20% HRA
