The team includes brand strategists, visualisers, content writers, and designers who collaborate to create distinctive, memorable brand experiences.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Graphic Designer & Reels Editor role based in Mumbai. The Jr. Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual concepts for branding and digital campaigns, including logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and basic layouts. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with designers and strategists, following brand guidelines, preparing ready files, editing reels and refining designs based on feedback.

The role also involves experimenting with typography, colour palettes, and imagery to create consistent visual identities across print and digital platforms, while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design,



with an understanding of visual hierarchy and layout.
- Candidates should possess skills in logo design, reels editing and branding to help create and adapt brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Candidates should possess skills in typography, including font selection, readability, and pairing for digital and print materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital asset formats.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; internships or junior-level experience in an agency setting are an advantage.
