Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom or other allied subjects
Experience-Necessary Requirement
0 to 2 years of Professional/Technical Experience in Telecom with positive knowledge in Customer coordination.
Major Responsibilities
- Customer coordination.
- Field Engineer Coordination
- Knowledge on FTTX Provision
- Basic Telecom Concepts of FTTX
Key Performance Indicators
- Turnaround time of requests within agreed SLA
- Quality of pack completed to meet agreed SLA
Skill requirements Include skill requirements in domain, leadership and behavioral:
- Good writing skills - for documentation, training, processes
- Good understanding of OSP/ISP construction activities
- Communicate with teams for any additional data / clarification required
- Good analytical / problem solving skills
