To support the Sales Coordinator and sales team in day-to-day sales operations, reporting, order processing, team coordination, and cross-functional activities, ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team for regular updates, requirements, and follow-ups.

- Handle order entry and order processing in the sales application/system.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Dispatch, Purchase, and other departments for timely execution of sales activities.

- Maintain and update sales data, records, and trackers.

- Assist in monitoring orders, pending requirements, dispatches, and other sales-related activities.

- Support the Sales Coordinator in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and data.

- Follow up with concerned team members/departments to close pending activities.





- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should be active, smart, proactive, and quick in execution.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and departments.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS, sales support, or a similar role preferred.

- Freshers with strong Excel and communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
