Madhouse Mafia is a full-stack creator economy studio — we build creators from the ground up and help brands grow through influencer marketing, performance marketing, and AI-led advertising.

We work with brands across three capabilities: Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and AI-led Advertising. From product launches to always-on campaigns — both digital and on-ground — we help brands connect with the right creators and drive measurable outcomes, not just impressions.

Experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on videography/cinematography experience.
- Experience in YouTube, social media, podcasts, commercials, or branded content is preferred.

Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of camera operations (Sony cameras preferred).
- Good knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, and exposure.
- Comfortable operating gimbals, tripods, and basic lighting equipment.
- Understanding of frame rates, codecs, audio recording, and camera settings.
- Basic knowledge of data management and file organization.

Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality A-roll and B-roll footage.




- Execute shoots as per creative brief and shot list.
- Ensure proper focus, exposure, and stable camera movements.
- Manage camera gear and maintain equipment.
- Back up and organize shoot data after every project.
- Coordinate effectively with producers, editors, and content strategists.

Soft Skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
- Takes ownership and is proactive on shoots.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Availability
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel.
- Should be available for early morning, late evening, and weekend shoots whenever required.

Preferred

- Experience with Sony ecosystem.
- Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
