We are looking for a Joomla Developer who has strong coding skills and can work with us on a part-time, hourly basis. The candidate will be responsible for coding, customization, bug fixing, and technical improvements on Joomla websites.
Responsibilities
- Develop and modify Joomla websites as per project requirements.
- Write and maintain clean and efficient code.
- Customize Joomla templates, components, modules, and plugins.
- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues.
- Make changes to existing Joomla websites and code.
- Develop new features and functionalities.
- Work with MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services when required.
- Troubleshoot website and coding issues.
- Test changes and ensure everything works properly.
- Complete assigned tasks within the agreed timeline.
Required Skills
- Experience working with Joomla websites.
- Valuable knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with jQuery is a plus.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience in Joomla template customization.
- Ability to work with existing website code.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Git is a plus.
- Good attention to detail.
