Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Growth Product Manager to drive subscriber retention, renewals, reduce churn, and winback initiatives across our digital subscription portfolio and increase customer lifetime value through data-driven product strategy, experimentation, and lifecycle optimisation. The role requires a combination of product thinking, customer lifecycle management, data analysis, experimentation, and marketing automation to improve subscriber engagement and maximise customer lifetime value.

What you'll do:

Own subscriber retention, renewal, and winback journeys (pre-expiry, post-expiry, and beyond)

Run multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App & Onsite

Design and execute A/B tests to boost renewals and engagement

Map subscriber journeys, identify friction points, and drive product/UX fixes with Engineering

Track retention metrics, cohort trends,



and build dashboards for stakeholders

What we're looking for:

3–6 years in Growth, Product, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Subscriber Retention

Solid grip on subscription models, churn drivers, and LTV

Hands-on with A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and tools like Amplitude, CleverTap, GA, or Tableau

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design & Editorial

Bonus: experience in media, OTT, news, or subscription/membership businesses
