Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Meet defined response time, resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple chats/ Email Support with Customer issues.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills.
