Role Description The Jewelry Designer will work on-site full time at our Jaipur location, collaborating with artisans and the design team to create original jewelry concepts and collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching and refining designs, developing detailed drawings and CAD models, and preparing design specifications for production.

The role involves researching trends in fashion jewelry, selecting materials and stones, and ensuring that designs meet brand standards for quality, wearability, and aesthetics.

Designer will also participate in product development discussions, support customization requests,



and coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with customer preferences.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to create innovative and market-relevant pieces.
- Proficiency in Drawing and Product Design to translate concepts into accurate, production-ready sketches and specifications.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for jewelry, such as Rhino, Matrix, or similar software.
- Understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes, including setting, casting, and finishing.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance aesthetics with practicality and cost considerations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Industrial/Product Design, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with craftspeople, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in a luxury or high-end jewelry environment in Jaipur or similar markets is an advantage.
