- Greet and welcome customers professionally and create a positive shopping experience.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion before suggesting products.

- Explain jewellery designs, collections, specifications, pricing, making charges, and offers clearly.

- Demonstrate and present gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products effectively.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their needs and preferences.

- Maintain strong product knowledge, including jewellery designs, materials, quality, and current offers.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and referrals.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending purchases.

- Maintain proper presentation and visual merchandising of jewellery counters.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
