Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise-grade platforms. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team to build scalable microservices, manage multi-cloud deployments,



and ensure seamless integration across diverse financial and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Development: Lead the end-to-end design of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Apache Camel for complex system integrations.
- Front-End Leadership: Oversee the development of modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
- Cloud & Orchestration: Architect and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) across AWS and Azure environments, utilizing Istio service mesh.
- Data Management: Design robust data layers using PostgreSQL (RDS) and Oracle, leveraging Hasura for Experience APIs.
- Security & Identity: Implement and maintain OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 compliant Identity Provider (IdP) integrations for both clients and banking partners.
- Messaging & Events: Ensure high-throughput communication via Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and JMS.
- Reporting & Logging: Manage enterprise reporting via Logi Reports (JReport) and ensure system observability through Log4j.

Technical Requirements
- Core Backend: Java/JDK, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Apache Camel.
- Frontend: Angular (Up-to-date versions) and AngularJS.
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (RDS Engine), Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio.
- Database & API: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Hasura.
- Messaging: Apache Kafka, Apache ActiveMQ, JMS.
- Security: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0.
- Reporting: Logi Reports (JReport), Log4j.

Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience in Multi-Cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
- Strong background in Identity Management and Security Protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and interface with stakeholders.
