Qualification: ITI (Draftsman Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Drafting

Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Working knowledge of 3D modeling software like SolidEdge, AutoCAD Plant 3D is strongly preferred.

Salary range: Rs. 18,000 (CTC) to Rs. 30,000 (CTC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Draftsman with 5+ years of hands-on experience in drafting and modeling for industrial gas plants, skid-mounted systems, pressure vessels, and piping networks. The candidate will work closely with process and design engineers to develop P&IDs;, general arrangement (GA) drawings, skid fabrication details, and piping isometric drawings for Oxygen, Hydrogen, and Nitrogen generation units.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID;), process flow diagrams (PFD), and overall plant layouts for Oxygen/Hydrogen generation units.

· Develop detailed General Arrangement (GA)



drawings, 3D skid layouts, base frame structural details, and equipment assembly drawings.

· Create piping layouts, piping isometric drawings with complete BOM (Bill of Materials), pipe support details, and valve/instrumentation hook-up drawings.

· Generate fabrication and manufacturing drawings for pressure vessels, PSA/VPSA towers, tanks, gas manifolds, and buffer vessels adhering to relevant codes (ASME Sec VIII, IS standards).

· Prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM), MTO (Material Take-Off) for structural steel, pipes, fittings, flanges, and fast-moving hardware.

· Coordinate with fabrication and shop-floor teams to clarify design intent, resolve fitment issues, and incorporate as-built revisions.

· Ensure all drawing standards follow gas safety norms, welding symbols, machining tolerances, and GD&T; principles.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
