About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Manager to manage our Upwork presence, generate qualified leads, win new projects, and build solid relationships with international clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Upwork accounts, writing compelling proposals, communicating with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile.
- Research and identify relevant projects aligned with our services.
- Write and submit customized, high-quality proposals.
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other relevant channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Qualify leads and coordinate discovery calls with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate project requirements, scope, and pricing when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals,



responses, and opportunities.
- Track proposal performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with Upwork trends, bidding strategies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve lead-to-client conversion.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Upwork account management, business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience generating leads and winning projects through Upwork.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
