Job Description:
Contribute to the design and development of advanced composite products, supporting projects from concept to commercialization.
Support material selection, structural analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes (e.g., autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM).
Apply knowledge of resin systems (Phenolic, Epoxy, etc.), adhesives, fibers, prepregs, and their applications.
Assist in developing and implementing productive and quality-driven manufacturing processes.
Participate in testing and validation of composite products, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Support R&D; initiatives in composite materials, processes, and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other applicable quality standards.
