About the Role

We are looking for high-energy and result-oriented Sales Managers with strong field sales experience and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing situations, possess robust relationship-building skills, and be comfortable working with HNI/UHNI clients. Experience in real estate, particularly the luxury segment, will be an added advantage, but candidates from other premium/luxury sales backgrounds are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Drive field sales through direct client meetings, property/site visits, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.




Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective HNI/UHNI clients.
Understand clients' financial requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable property solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
Represent the organization at property exhibitions, showcases, and client events.
Build robust and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey, including site visits and post-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Finance to ensure smooth deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress through CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.
Real estate sales experience is preferred, especially in luxury/ultra-luxury real estate.
