Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven
Outbound Telecalling Executive
to support our Auditing and Skilled Services firm. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales/audit advisory team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
- Introduce company services such as
Audit, Accounting, VAT, ICV Certification, AML Compliance, Corporate Services
, etc.
- Explain basic service offerings clearly and professionally
- Generate
qualified leads
and fix appointments for senior consultants
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or Excel
- Follow call scripts while adapting communication based on client response
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
