Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head / Sales Team Lead to take ownership of our sales team and drive the overall performance of the branch.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Sales Managers across Residential and Commercial segments, achieving the overall branch sales target, driving revenue, improving team productivity, and building a high-performing sales team.

This role requires a robust sales leader who can not only manage people but also actively contribute to business strategy, pipeline management, negotiations, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Branch & Revenue Management
- Take complete ownership of achieving the overall branch sales target and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed branch-level targets.




- Break down the overall branch target into individual and team targets and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor branch performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify gaps in branch performance and implement corrective strategies to keep the team on track.
- Drive business growth across both Residential and Commercial Real Estate segments.
- Take ownership of the branch's sales pipeline, revenue generation, and overall business performance.

Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers.
- Drive Sales Managers toward achieving their individual targets and contributing to the overall branch target.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales discussions.
- Monitor individual performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Coach Sales Managers on lead handling, client management, negotiations, follow-ups, site visits, and closur
