Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Software Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain software tools and platforms that support ReGen Consulting’s sustainability and regenerative design initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing back-end services and APIs, implementing data models, and integrating systems that track and report sustainability metrics.



The role involves collaborating with consultants and designers to translate environmental frameworks into software requirements, writing clean and efficient code, and participating in code reviews and testing. The Software Developer will also help optimize performance, ensure security and reliability, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of internal and client-facing applications.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
