DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM LEAD

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing team and take ownership of strategy, campaign execution, performance, client communication, and team delivery.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, combined with excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, client communication, and people-management capabilities.
The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 2–3 Digital Marketers, assigning work, reviewing campaign performance, solving execution challenges, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that the team consistently delivers measurable results for clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute practically, lead people, solve problems,
communicate with clients, and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and lead a team of 2–3 Digital Marketers.
- Allocate clients, campaigns, and responsibilities among team members.
- Set clear priorities, deadlines, and performance expectations for the team.
- Monitor daily and weekly execution of assigned work.
- Review the team's campaign strategies and execution before implementation when required.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and provide guidance, coaching, and training.
- Ensure team members follow standard processes, reporting formats, and campaign management practices.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, learning, and performance.
- Support team members in solving complex campaign and client problems.
- Escalate major issues to management with a proposed solution rat
