Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety & Security Lead to drive Safety, Security, Health and Compliance for its Office.

Location
: Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Desired Experience Level :
5-12 years of experience in managing Safety and Security in a big office space. Experience in office safety operations, fire safety, contractor safety management, physical security management, access control management and EHS compliance is preferred.

Education :
Any Bachelor's Degree with Diploma/Master's Degree in Health & Safety recognized by State Technical Board and hands on experience in managing Security in a reputed Company office space.

Key Responsibilities – Safety & Security

1. Safety

Safety Management & Risk Assessment

• Identify and assess workplace hazards, risks, and appropriate control measures.





• Implement and monitor risk mitigation programs to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with SHE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness

• Ensure fire protection systems are maintained and operational as per design standards.

• Manage the AMC vendor who provides maintenance of fire prevention and protection system

• Conduct periodic fire safety inspections and surveys.

• Maintain emergency response and firefighting equipment in good condition.

• Assist in conducting emergency mock drills across shifts as per schedule.

• Conduct firefighting training for Security and Emergency Response Team (ERT) members

Training & Awareness

• Conduct SHE induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.

• Promote safety awareness and protected work practices across the office.

• Support behavioral safety initiatives and employee engagement programs.
