Job Title: Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to contact potential and existing customers by phone, introduce our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain products/services to customers.
- Generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments or arrange sales meetings when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups,



and sales.
- Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.
- Prepare proposals.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident personality.

Salary Range: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Requirements:
- Candidate must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- We will provide a SIM card and mobile phone.
