The Role

We are looking for an ambitious
Partnership & Growth Intern
who wants to learn how startups actually grow.

You will work directly with the
Growth, Partnerships and Founder's Office teams
and get hands-on exposure to:
- Business development
- Strategic partnerships
- Lead generation
- Founder & CXO outreach
- Enterprise partnerships




- Investor & VC ecosystem
- Startup ecosystem
- Event partnerships
- GTM strategy
- Sales pipeline management
- Community growth

This is
not a passive internship
. You will be expected to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, build relationships and contribute directly to HighTable's growth.

? What You'll Do1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, startups, enterprises, VCs and ecosystem organisations.
- Build targeted prospect lists across industries.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CXOs, HR leaders, Marketing Heads, Innovation Heads and Partnership Heads.
- Conduct email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach.
- Maintain and update the sales/partnership pipeline.
- Qualify leads and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support the team in converting prospects into meetings and business opportunities.
