About Bersi Sports

Bersi Sports is an early-stage sports startup focused on helping athletes grow through athlete management, sponsorships, partnerships, and personal branding. We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to learn how a sports startup is built from the ground up while working directly with the founder.

Role Overview

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will work closely with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives. You'll gain hands-on exposure to athlete management, business development, partnerships, research, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day business activities.
- Conduct research on athletes, brands, sponsors, and the sports industry.
- Support business development and partnership outreach.
- Assist with athlete management and relationship building.
- Help streamline internal processes and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project tracking.
- Contribute ideas to support the growth of Bersi Sports.

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about sports, startups,



and entrepreneurship.
- Robust communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Prior experience is not required.
