ArchiCAD Architect

5 year B.Arch Degree
with
Architectural Registration
is
required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience of 5+ years. The role requires efficient drafting skills, BIM Modelling and a critical eye for details and accuracy ranging from small to large-scale projects. Knowledge of building codes, working, and submission Drawings is a plus.

The role requires the following duties:

Drafting according to office standards while maintaining the utmost craft.

Prepare ArchiCAD templates and custom library objects.

Translate CAD Drawings, Model HVAC and Services, Generate Cost, Estimation, Area Calculation, and Complete Construction Package delivery via ArchiCAD.





Adhering to short-notice soft deadlines as they arise.

Working under a team that includes a principal architect, senior architects, chief consultants, and technology specialists.

Ability to communicate efficiently through drawings and sketches.

Draft technical detail using accurate measurements.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in the following skills:

ArchiCAD, AutoCAD / ZWCAD Drafting and Microsoft Excel
