- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Assist guests with registration, room allocation and key handling.
- Provide accurate information about the resort, facilities, services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the PMS as required.
- Handle room reservations, modifications and cancellations as assigned.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Engineering, Concierge and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements when required.
- Handle telephone calls, messages and guest correspondence professionally.
- Maintain proper billing and payment procedures.
- Assist with cash handling and shift closing procedures as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Promote resort facilities,



experiences and relevant services.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette and professional conduct.
- Follow Front Office SOPs, safety procedures and hotel standards.
- Participate in shift briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- 6 months –2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality qualifications may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and Front Office operations.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
