- Develop current business opportunities for Biomedical Waste Management (BMW) services across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Promote and sell biomedical waste collection and disposal services to Government and Private Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Nursing Homes, Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, Blood Banks, Veterinary Hospitals, and Healthcare Institutions.
- Generate leads, conduct customer presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Product Sales
Drive sales of:
- Biomedical Waste Collection Bags (all color-coded bags)
- Biomedical Waste Bins and Trolleys
- Sharps Containers
- Housekeeping Consumables
- Cleaning Chemicals
- Disinfectants and Sanitizers
- Floor Care and Washroom Hygiene Chemicals
- Infection Control Products
- Hospital Hygiene Products
Marketing & Customer Development
- Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase departments,
infection control teams, and facility managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Participate in exhibitions, healthcare conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Collections & DSO Management
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
- Monitor customer receivables and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues in coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved without affecting customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure timely renewal of biomedical waste service agreements.
