Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Define and develop the eAxle system layout, dimensioning, and create the optimum systemic solution; establish, evaluate,



and implement system concepts at the System of Systems level
Develop comprehensive system architecture including interface definition, description, and technical specifications
Coordinate product requirements across top-down and bottom-up approaches while collaborating with internal experts and cross-functional teams at system of system level
Address uncertainties and incomplete requirements by making informed assumptions and translating them into robust product requirements at the System of Systems level
Support preparation of system work packages in collaboration with internal experts; track and report on work status and project milestones
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning for special considerations and technical challenges
Support change management processes by performing comprehensive impact analysis of requirement and design changes from a system-level perspective
Lead stakeholder communication and manage expectations
