Sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products using current specification and standard test procedure for chemical testing and instrumental techniques (HPLC, IR, UV), as appropriate
Preparing Quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products), Certificates of Analysis (CoA) (for finished products) and stability reports
Prepare and standardized volumetric solution as per procedures.
Performed the qualification of working standard and maintain the documents as per SOP
Calibrating analytical equipment as per schedules.
Stability testing of products for recent molecules and ongoing stability.
Preparing /reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Calibrating analytical equipment as per schedules.
Maintain the all the logbooks and all the documents online.
Reporting of Out of Specification and participation in OOS investigations.
