About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Backend Developer to lead our backend team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and cloud technologies .
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage backend developers.
Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs.
Manage Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and microservices development.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
Handle system design, architecture, performance, and security.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Manage task allocation, project delivery, and technical issues.
Implement authentication, authorization, Redis, and third-party integrations.




Support deployment and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills
6–10+ years of backend development experience.
Robust experience in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB .
Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JWT, OAuth, and RBAC .
Experience with Redis, Git, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and Docker .
Robust leadership, communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred
Experience in a product-based/SaaS company .
Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka, Kubernetes, and system design .
Experience mentoring and managing development teams.

EducationBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field .
