About The Opportunity A fast-scaling enterprise technology integrator operating in India’s digital transformation space, we design and deploy end-to-end IT system integration solutions across industries including manufacturing, logistics, BFSI, and healthcare. Our team delivers seamless interoperability between ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and legacy systems—ensuring data continuity, process automation, and operational resilience for mid-market to enterprise clients. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT system integration projects—from scoping and vendor coordination to deployment and post-go-live support—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration specs, aligning stakeholders across IT, business units, and third-party vendors.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, QA engineers, and client SMEs to drive integration milestones.
- Implement and enforce project governance frameworks (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) with risk tracking, change control, and status reporting.
- Oversee API-first integrations, middleware configurations (ESB, iPaaS), and data migration workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Conduct UAT planning, defect triage, and cutover readiness reviews to ensure zero-disruption system transitions.
