IT Support Engineer About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Engineer to support the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tolling and surveillance equipment at project sites. The role demands 24x7 availability, hands-on technical skills, and proactive coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of on-site systems, aligned with SVS’s high standards of service and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and drivers.

Manage updates, upgrades, backups, and data recovery. Provide support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printer/peripheral devices... Provide support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printer/peripheral devices.



Troubleshoot LAN, internet, DHCP, and static IP configurations. Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize system downtime.

Use remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) for efficient remote support. Handle system integration, new device setups, and basic server management.

Skills:

Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook troubleshooting. Server support and basic configuration. Laptop/PC integration and deployment. Network troubleshooting (LAN, DHCP, IP). Remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.). Antivirus management and endpoint protection. IT asset management and user support.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
